Ingredients
2 c spinach + c green grapes
2 c cucumber
1 stalk of celery
1/2 inch or tsp of ginger root
1 bunch of parsley
Juice of 1 lime
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Directions
1. Place ingredients in a blender.
2. Add 4 oz spring water or a handful of ice cubes.
3. Puree for one minute. Makes two glasses.
